Doyle “Texas Dolly” Brunson

Brunson holds nine world poker championships to his name. His latest achievement was playing at the finals of the 2004 World Poker Tour championship. His book, “Super/System: How I made Over $1,000,000 Playing Poker” is regarded as a the bible for both amateurs and pros when it comes to high stakes poker.
Gus “The Great Dane” Hansen

Hansen has won two major WPT tournaments in 2003 and over $1,000,000 during WPT's first season. He is widely regarded as the best poker player in the world.
James Garner

Aside from being admired as one of television's Western heroes, Garner also largely contributed to poker's popularity. He was known in the poker world as the unflappable Brett Maverick, the skilled player who used wits to get out of scrapes with the law and with outlaws.
